  • The chaos of managing Instagram orders in 2023

    2023: The Mess

    It started with my friends and family. They were building businesses on Instagram, which was great when they had two products—but a nightmare when they had twenty. We watched the chaos unfold: lost DMs, messy spreadsheets, and constant confusion. We tried to help them patch things up with basic tools, but it was clear that the "patch" wasn't enough.

    2024: The Decision

    We looked around and realized it wasn't just my friends—every small business owner was stuck in the same loop. So, in April 2024, we decided to fix it for good. We spent months talking to sellers about what actually hurts their business, and we started building Commert to be the solution we couldn't find anywhere else.

  • Commert Beta launch in November 2025

    2025: The First Step

    After a year and a half of building and refining, we are finally ready. On November 11, 2025, we opened our Beta waitlist. Right now, I am working closely with our first group of users—learning what works, fixing what doesn't, and making sure this product actually solves the pain I saw back in 2023.

  • The future of Commert and Indian D2C commerce in 2026

    2026: The Future

    In 2026, Commert is moving beyond beta. We are expanding payments (Razorpay, automated gateway), rolling out analytics that actually help sellers make decisions, and building the tools that turn a small Instagram hustle into a real, enduring brand. The mission is unchanged: give every Indian seller the same infrastructure that a large brand has — without the cost, complexity, or middlemen.
